The casing is ultra-durable and designed to engage adjacent pack and all sizes fit together, so you can piece together as many packs as you need for your application. One 4 lb Cold Pack fits in 55L basket, one 2 lb Cold Pack fits in the35L cooler or two 2 lb Cold Packs fit in the 55L basket, and two 1 lb packs fit the 35L basket.
