U-bolt style carrier with padlock and locking bracket for theft protection. Extra length to allow handling of wide tires and to fit wide tongues. For use with 8″, 9″ or 12″ wheels. Fits 4- or 5-hole rims. Features a zinc plated TUFFPLATE finish. Nuts, padlock and keys are included.
