Thrust washer 16146 can be used on 4 hp, 5 hp, 8 hp and 9.9 hp Mercury 4-stroke outboards (2005 and newer). See your owner’s manual for installation instructions, the Flo-Torq hub, thrust washers and prop nut part numbers to best fit your engine or drive with this propeller. • Must be installed on prop shaft for correct propeller fit and operation
• Mount with taper forward
• Do not operate your engine or drive without the propper thrust washer in place.
• Stainless steel thrust washer is durable and corrosion resistant.
• To aid future propeller removal, grease prop shaft splines with Mercury 2-4-C or Mercury Special Lube 101
