Sierra’s 18-1845 Dry Joint Exhaust Elbow fits 2004 and newer MCM GM V-6 and V-8 (305, 350, and 377 CID) engines with a dry joint exhaust manifold (serial number 0W310000 and up). Will also fit 2002 and newer MIE GM V-8 (350 and 377 CID) engines with a dry joint exhaust manifold (serial number 0M317000 and up). Can be used with Sierra’s 18-1843 Manifold, 18-1842 V6 Dry Joint Exhaust Manifold, 18-0720 Closed Riser Gasket, 18-0721 Open Riser Gasket, and the 18-0722 Restricted Riser Gasket. Replaces O.E. Part Number 864591T02.
