Sierra’s 18-1848 Manifold is designed for use with OMC stern drive and Volvo Penta 4.3L V-6 applications. It is interchangeable with OMC 3852338, 3857656, 914899, Volvo Penta 3847499, 3857656, GLM 51480, and HGE 7656. Use with Sierra’s 18-1909-1 Riser. Each Sierra product meets or exceeds the original equipment part it replaces.
