Sierra’s 18-1957-2 Manifold will fit either Port or Starboard. Ideally suited for freshwater applications. Fits most Mercruiser (GM) V-8 Big Blocks with a center riser. Can be used with Sierra’s 18-0418 Exhaust Manifold Mounting Gasket, 18-8532 Exhaust Manifold Mounting Kit, 18-0672 Exhaust Elbow Gasket, 18-0897 Exhaust Elbow Gasket, 18-1908 Manifold Riser Spacer, 18-1970-2 Riser Elbow, 18-1974-1 Elbow, 18-1976-2 Manifold Elbow, 18-1985 Manifold Spacer, 18-2849-1 Exhaust Elbow Gasket, 18-8554 Exhaust Elbow Mounting Kit, and the 18-8555 Exhaust Elbow Mounting Kit. Replaces Mercruiser 807078Q07 and 807078T08. Also replaces Barr MC-1-89011, GLM 51240, HGE 9011, Mallory 9-40506, and Osco 9011.
