Sierra’s 18-9218 U-Joint Assembly is designed for use in all Mercruiser #1 R, MR, and Alpha Gen II (0K999999 & Below) (1971-1997) stern drives. The assembly kit contains: (1) Sierra 18-2128 Center Socket, (2) Sierra 18-2174 U-Joint Cross & Bearings (Heavy Duty), (1) Sierra 18-2146 Yoke, (1) Sierra 18-2125 Yoke, (1) Sierra 18-7117 O-Ring, and (2) Sierra 18-7153 O-Rings. The kit is interchangeable with Mallory 9-72409, GLM 28050, and Mercruiser Stern Drive 59829A1, 59830A5, and 814819A2. Check manufacturer recommendations to ensure a proper fit before purchasing.
