Piling hoop & roller intended for areas with a lot of wind, current or tidal action. Combines the Piling hoop (26412) and roller assembly (26414) to make up for the up and down movement. For pilings up to 12″ in diameter. Bracket and roller bolt directly to an optional deck plate (26416).
